The meta header had Florida active retirement community as the first keyword. This keyword was followed by Florida retirement community, Florida long term care, and Florida CCRC which isn't as urgent as Florida active retirement community. The other words the site uses is Florida Continuing Care Retirement Communities. Florida health plans is also included and could not be understood by web crawlers.
